About the Blog

The Kora Kaagaz project is one that I hope to use to perhaps find myself. The writings on here are to mostly be personal essays and cultural opinion articles. I draw inspiration for this project from the very concept of journaling. Journaling is supposed to be a very intimate affair that one has with one's own thoughts, however this is more like a standup comedy show with bad jokes, where on a plain page, on a kora kaagaz, I type my thoughts, and I present it to an audience. Even in the moments where there isn't an audience, this website acts as a singular point in my evermoving universe where my thoughts can exist, and I can cherish them. Self actualization is the rebellion I seek to lead for myself. For now.

About Me

Hi, I’m Kavvish Arora. I’m a writer in my early 20s trying to figure out what it means to be who I am and whether the depth that I assign to my role in the world actually exists or if I’m making it up. I spark a conversation wherever I can, party (like I should), curate strange playlists, take silly photos, ponder, yearn, despair, miss oxford commas and sometimes, I write. Pleasure to make your acquaintance.
